Payment and Fees
- Payment is due at the beginning of each session (cash, check or credit card).
2. We do not accept insurance but do provide a super bill for individuals who wish to file for out of network benefits.
3. Fees range from $110 to $140 per hour depending on therapist.
4. Some therapists begin the therapeutic process with a 75-minute intake session that is pro-rated. Your therapist will inform you if that is his/her practice.
5. Sessions are 45-50 minutes (clinical hour). Longer sessions may be pre-arranged and will be pro-rated.
Payment for First Appointment
Due to the number of cancellations for first appointments we require payment in advance for first appointment only. (Once people meet us they return)
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required for changes in appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 75% charge of the fee for service. No-shows and missed appointments incur 100% charge of the fee for service.
